Book a Cooking class in Chianti, a unique experience to learn how to cook traditional Tuscan and creative dishes using local and genuine products; at the end of the lesson you’ll eat and taste the unique flavor of the home-made Tuscan food.
Take part of the Cooking lesson in Chianti region at my home in Talente—municipality of San Casciano Val di Pesa—a small country village located in a typical Chianti region landscape in the heart of Tuscany surrounded by vineyards and century old olive trees, only 2,5 miles away from San Casciano and 12 miles away from Florence downtown.
My home is a medieval age building that has been recently renovated leaving unchanged the historical part of the house as wooden beams, terracotta floor and stone arcade.
Experience the opportunity of cooking with an opened window overlooking the Chianti hills and Tuscan landscape using genuine products of my garden: saffron, lemon, basil, oregano, mint, chives, olive oil from the garden’s olive trees. It will be a genuine and authentic full immersion experience!
I will teach you how to prepare home made Tuscan food dishes that will be tasted at the end of the lesson. The menu is subject to seasonal products and climate.
During the summer period, the home made typical Tuscan food dishes are served in the private garden, surrounded by lemon trees, olive trees, flowers and facing the beautiful Chianti’s sunset.
Prepare your personal menu choosing 4 courses meal, prepared by all guest “hands on” or do a full immersion in a specific course, as Pasta or appetizers or dessert and cake or pizza.
